         <description><![CDATA[<p>This is an excellent article, I tell my clients this all the time. I spend as much time educating them on the difference between at-will and right-to-work as anything else, well with the exception of Salaried Exempt vs. Hourly non-exempt.  Many of my clients either have employee who worked up North and are trying to bring union type rules into their workplace or the client themselves had a business in a state that was not at-will.  Thank you again for validating what I've been trying to get across to clients for years.</p>]]></description>
