         <description><![CDATA[<p>Ms. Shea, good insight. I look forward to your insight on two items; legalize pot and Affordable Healthcare. With the employer in Nevada layoff or firing 22 of the 114 employees as he believes that hewould not be able to handle the any added cost from the Affordable Healthcare Act. I am interested to see how many more small employers will react in such a way and that impact on the EEOC, which already overloaded with cases. </p>]]></description>
