         <description><![CDATA[<p>Everything done was so minimal (on the part of the company [supervisors, managers, HR] that they should have been embarrassed to even make any effort to challenge. The steps the Court and YOU detail are so routine that it should have brought a stiffer penalty. With all the resources available to handle such situations THERE IS NO EXCUSE!</p>

<p>Hopefully the company has hired you on retainer to help them. </p>]]></description>
