Trumpdate: Court refuses to stay TRO against travel ban, Puzder hearing scheduled

Yesterday, a panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit denied the Trump Administration’s motion to stay the temporary restraining order issued by a federal judge in Seattle.
